The Pavilion and Independent Living Tower are part of a multi-phase master plan. The 458,200 SF Independent Living Tower consists of 150 residential units over 3 floors of parking. The 29,500 SF Pavilion consists of two dining venues, a commercial kitchen, a large multipurpose/auditorium for events to accommodate up to 400 people, and back-of-house service and loading. The project was designed in collaboration with Perkins Eastman Architects.
