Master planning for long-term needs and the resulting projects completed over a 17-year period included remodeling of the existing justice center building as well as a newly acquired building and a new 10-story addition set between the two remodeled buildings.
Another significant project was the design of a five level 264,000 SF parking structure to accommodate 830 cars and surface parking for an additional 270. The single-ramp, pre-cast concrete facility also houses 2 County offices and approximately 6,000 SF of retail space on the 1st floor. Art panels adorn the garage facade, creating visual interest and warmth to the structure.
