Designed as a catalyst for area – wide redevelopment in the Naples Design District, the new parking garage will be located adjacent to the newly constructed Gulfshore Playhouse and serve both theater patrons and the local community. The new parking garage will accommodate 365 vehicles on 3 levels above grade. There are twin elevators , an electronic parking space availability sign, safety and security elements, electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle parking. Designed with enhanced structural components, the 123,146 SF garage will also serve as a refuge of last resort in the event of a hurricane.
