This project involves the design of a new 69,473 SF hotel and casino on an undeveloped 74-acre site within the Seminole-Brighton Reservation. The hotel will include a mix of standard rooms and suites and a variety of support spaces including administration, Tribal board room, fitness room, storage, staff locker room and dining, maintenance, and housekeeping.
The 75,117 SF casino will include a 37,752 SF gaming floor, a 15,000 SF event center/bingo hall with multiple dining venues, a casino bar, an 8-lane bowling alley, and a resort-style pool and spa. Site development will include parking for over 850 staff and guests and 28 RV and buses, a lake, and extensive tropical landscaping.
