Moorings Park at Grey Oaks achieves the client’s ‘best of both worlds’ vision that combines top healthcare services with an active lifestyle. The project includes two structures. The larger is a 179,000 SF, four-story over-parking structure consisting of 38 Assisted Living and Assisted Dementia Living units, four guest units, and 13 Independent Living units, as well as associated support and care, and social amenities. A smaller one-story building houses the “Center for Healthy Living” providing health and rehabilitative services to campus residents and the surrounding community. This project was a collaboration with Perkins Eastman.
